About You
As the Leader of Pastoral Care, you will drive the strategic vision for student wellbeing across the College, anchoring our approach in 'The St Pat's Way'. Leading and mentoring our dedicated team of House Coordinators across Years 7-12, you will play a pivotal role in fostering personal responsibility, belonging, respect, and positive relationships. The College’s Anti-Bullying Plan outlines the internal procedures designed to prevent, respond to, and reduce instances of bullying, with a strong focus on positive relationships within the vertical Pastoral Care system.
This pivotal (3 Point Coordinator) leadership role is responsible for shaping a positive, inclusive and student-centred culture of wellbeing across our Years 7-12 Secondary Catholic college, leading pastoral care, student leadership and wellbeing initiatives that support every student to thrive and flourish.
The role works collaboratively with College leaders, staff, students, families and external support services to uphold a safe, inclusive and student-centred environment. It is responsible for guiding and strengthening the academic, social, emotional and spiritual development of all students, ensuring these practices reflect the College's Catholic identity. The position provides strategic leadership and accountability for pastoral care, safeguarding and student support across the College.
