About the role
An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Permanent Childcare Educator to join our Centre on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are seeking a dedicated employee with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised School Readiness program.

Your skills and qualifications should include:
Holding a Diploma in Children’s Services or near completion of your Diploma qualification.
Child Safety Training
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly and energetic personality
Great teamwork & family focus
Dedicated to developing the future of children
Pride's themselves on providing a child safe environment
Your key priorities will be to:
Provide a child safe environment & maintain a strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
Lead the Educator’s daily/weekly planning and objectives
Planning learning environments, setting up activities and co-ordinating with family & the local community
Evaluate & reflect on the program
Completing the day book
Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
