A Davine Finish is seeking a Sander - Labourer to join our team in Maroochydore, QLD. As a Sander, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces to the highest standard, ensuring our projects meet the exacting standards our clients expect. Key responsibilities

• Operating sanders and sanding equipment safely and effectively to prepare surfaces for finishing

• Sanding doors and panels to achieve smooth, even finishes in preparation for spray painting.

• Removing dust and debris from work areas using appropriate cleaning method

• Following health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

• Maintaining and caring for sanding equipment and tools in good working condition

• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

• Reporting any issues or damage to equipment to management promptly

What we're looking for

• Experience working as a labourer or in a similar hands-on trade role

• Practical experience with sanding equipment and surface preparation techniques

• A strong commitment to health and safety practices on site

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
