At JPR Welding, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship, precision fabrication, and building long-term relationships with both our clients and employees. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for multiple Workshop Boilermakers to join our friendly and hardworking team for an immediate start.

About the Role

Based in our fully equipped fabrication workshop in Paget, this hands-on role offers a variety of fabrication work across structural steel, aluminium, and stainless steel projects.

No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys diverse workshop work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of structural steel, aluminium, and stainless steel

• Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings

• Working to strict quality and safety standards

• Operating workshop machinery and fabrication tools

• Assisting with fitting and assembly work as required

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent)

• Strong workshop fabrication experience

• Ability to accurately read and interpret fabrication/CAD drawings

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to successfully complete a weld test

Highly Regarded

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding

• Forklift licence

• Previous experience in heavy structural or mining-related fabrication
