Your Role

Fenty Beauty is looking for a Part-Time Fenty Beauty Artist to be a part of our Myer Chadstone team! A Fenty Beauty Artist will be dedicated to enhancing our retail and customer experience with a strong understanding of skincare and beauty. As a vital member of the Kendo Field Team, you will inspire and motivate their team in all areas of makeup artistry and consistently provide the highest standard of services to clients!

The chosen candidate must be available to work 25-30 hours per week and may be requested to work late night trade.

Key Responsibilities

Makeup Artistry

• Provide specialized make-up consultation and application and colour advice aligned with brand techniques and philosophies.

• Guide make-up events both on counter and as directed.

• Mentor and coach Fenty Advisors to develop their make-up applications and selling skills.

Driving Sales

• Sell Fenty products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout their visit.

• Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping.

• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers on fragrance, make-up and skincare.

Counter Operations

• Ensure visual merchandising is updated, fully stocked and shoppable for clients

• Maintain timely and consistent communication with the Store Manager regarding inventory

• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry is preferred

• Certification of Makeup Artistry (Certificate II or higher required).

• Experience in the makeup artistry business.

• A proven ability in excelling individual retail targets through exceptional customer service.

• Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations.

• Passionate about beauty with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

• Self-confident and at ease to approach customers.

• Eager to satisfy customers and create a meaningful shopping experience.
