Property Officer

• Salary range of $82,908 and $94,409 per annum plus 12% super and annual leave loading.
• Permanent full-time position
• Located at Nillumbik Shire Council, Greensborough

About the role:

The position supports the effective management, utilisation and governance of Council's property portfolio by coordinating leasing and licensing activities, providing specialist property advice, assisting with complex property matters and contributing to strategic property outcomes that support Council's corporate objectives and community needs.

What you will bring to the role:

• Property, leasing and licensing expertise that helps unlock the full potential of Council's property portfolio.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with a diverse range of community, government and commercial stakeholders.
• The ability to balance commercial outcomes, community benefit and good governance to deliver the best result every time

• A Degree or Diploma in Property, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline together with relevant professional experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong experience in and commitment to customer focussed quality and timely service delivery.
