THE OPPORTUNITY
The Road Safety Commission is seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the organisation’s digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a modern, audience centred digital ecosystem that supports the Road Safety Commission’s strategic priorities and enhances engagement across our websites and digital channels. The role will drive continuous improvement, digital innovation and best practice service delivery, ensuring our digital presence is accessible, effective and aligned to our organisational objectives.
There is one (1) temporary position available for immediate filling, for 12 months with the possibility of extension and or permanency.
THE ROLE
Managing a small team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the strategic review, consolidation and optimisation of the Road Safety Commission’s website ecosystem creating a cohesive and user-focussed digital experience across multiple platforms. The role is responsible for embedding digital governance frameworks, standards and processes to ensure content is accessible, evidence-based, aligned with the corporate brand and reflects digital best practice.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation the Manager Digital will oversee the websites and work together with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to oversee digital channel development, use data and user insights to inform decision making and identify opportunities to enhance digital performance, customer experience and organisational digital maturity.
