About the vacancy Scheduling orders using the warehouse management system, consultation with the assistant planner in accordance with agreements with clients and haulers.Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers.Monitoring the schedule and adjusting to suit requirements if necessary.Maintaining daily contact with clients and haulers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems.Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the site manager, agreeing on measures to be taken.Processing the administrative information relating to the logistical activities.Broad knowledge of the use of the applied planning systemContinuous improvement knowledge.Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.Knowledge of the logistical process.Good Mathematical skills.Experienced user of computer and software.Drivers license. Desired Skills and Experience
