The Role

You'll be at the heart of large-scale camp kitchens, turning out quality meals for hardworking crews — because good food matters when people are far from home. Expect variety, pace, and the satisfaction of running a tight, well-fed operation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cooking high-volume breakfast, crib, lunch and dinner services

• Producing consistently great meals, whether feeding 20 or 200

• Running buffet-style service in a fast-paced camp kitchen

• Catering to dietary, allergy and cultural needs with care

• Keeping HACCP and food safety standards front and centre

• Running an audit-ready, efficient kitchen

• Working rotating day, night and split shifts

What You'll Need

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

• Solid background in high-volume catering

• Strong grasp of HACCP and food safety procedures

• Current WA Driver's Licence

• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 4 months, Clear)

• White Card

• Full Australian working rights

• Currently based in Western Australia

• Ready to mobilise at short notice for FIFO assignments
