About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about commencing their career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
This is an opportunity to gain a qualification whilst working in an extremely rewarding profession. The Certificate III Traineeship is a 18 month program and further career opportunities may be available to successful candidates.
We provide a friendly atmosphere where you feel valued, appreciated and ideas are welcome.
The suitable applicant will complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst they gain hands on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.
You will need a great work ethic and committed to completing the course as well as caring for young children.
The successful candidate must be willing to be part of a team and show enthusiasm.
Demonstrate a passion for working with children and caring to their needs
Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children.
Develop positive and caring relationships with the children and their families.
This qualification is fully funded by the employer and you will be provided with regular study time during your roster.
All applicants must be 18 years or over and you will need to apply for a Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
As this is a traineeship position, no other previous experience is necessary.
