About the role
About the role
As a Marketing Expert, you will lead high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other digital channels, managing a substantial $1M+ budget with a laser focus on delivering exceptional ROI. You'll craft creative strategies supported by our global team of designers, developers and industry leaders to maximise impact and drive enrolments.
Key responsibilities
Lead, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other relevant digital channels, managing search, display, video, retargeting, carousel and other campaign formats
Use ongoing A/B testing to improve performance and conversion
Measure the effectiveness and profitability of advertising expenditure, ensuring marketing investment generates measurable student enquiries, enrolments and revenue
Monitor key metrics including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and return on advertising spend
Analyse profitability by product per entities, incorporating revenue, acquisition costs and other relevant commercial factors to identify where marketing investment generates the greatest return
Calculate the actual cost of acquiring customers per entities and marketing channel, comparing the performance of Meta, Google Brand, Google Non-Brand, organic search and other acquisition channels
Analyse whether additional advertising expenditure is generating genuinely incremental enrolments or simply receiving attribution for students who may have enrolled through existing brand awareness, organic traffic or other channels
Translate marketing and commercial data into recommendations about which courses should be grown, repriced, repositioned, restructured or potentially discontinued
Build revenue forecasts based on the existing pipeline and current enrolments, establishing a baseline before any new acquisition to measure the genuine revenue impact and value generated by future marketing activity
Work closely with design, content and development teams to develop innovative advertising concepts and campaigns, converting performance data and student insights into compelling marketing messages
Analyse search performance, competitor positioning and website rankings using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics, working with developers to implement website improvements that strengthen SEO, user experience and lead generation
Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hitsteps and other analytical tools to understand visitor behaviour, conversion journeys and campaign performance
Monitor and strengthen the organisation's online reputation and digital presence across relevant platforms, working with internal teams to proactively address issues and identify opportunities
Lead the development and marketing of engaging content across platforms including YouTube, Facebook and other social channels, ensuring organic content and paid advertising work together as part of a coordinated student acquisition strategy
Continuously monitor search visibility, website traffic, enquiries and enrolments, identifying opportunities to increase qualified traffic and improve conversion from prospective student to enrolled student
Produce clear reporting for management that explains marketing performance, commercial outcomes, emerging risks and opportunities, with practical recommendations on where the organisation should increase, reduce or redirect marketing investment
