Quality Systems Coordinator

Position Summary

Franna cranes is offering an opening for a Quality professional with an interest in our premier Heavy Mobile Machinery design.

The Quality Systems Coordinator will ensure all work practices are carried out in accordance with quality standards as well as the company’s safety policy.

The primary focus is to maintain, update and ensure compliance to the quality system ISO 9001:2015.

The role includes the administration, maintenance, and management of the quality management and documentation system.

In this role you will have a functional working relationship with Production and other Internal Departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be conversant with the requirements of quality certification as described in ISO 9001:2015 standard.

• Undertaking internal system and method audits according to the company’s quality procedures.

• Coordinating Third Party Audits.

• Actively participate in the drafting and revision of quality procedures.

• Implement quality procedures and train team members accordingly.

• Assist with Customer Complaints.

• Promote quality improvement processes throughout the business and play an integral role in development and implementation of Terex quality functions and processes.

Position Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing administrative/quality assurance position.

• Working knowledge of Quality Management principles, associated disciplines.

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 (desirable).

• Internal Auditing experience.

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including spreadsheets.

• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.
