What We Need From You

Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling with current registration and membershipDesirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching Proactive and engaging with organisational customers Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customersAbility to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customersClinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clientsCapacity to work 3 days a week
