Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Shift Leader / Assistant Manager to help lead our team and keep the restaurant running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the Restaurant Manager, lead shifts, coach the crew, and help deliver fast, friendly service every day. You'll play an important role in setting standards, building team culture and making sure every guest has a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day operations

• Coaching and motivating team members

• Helping deliver great customer service and a smooth guest experience

• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness and safety standards

• Supporting rostering, stock control and labour management

• Assisting with team training, onboarding and performance

• Helping build a positive, energetic and professional team culture

About you

• Experience in hospitality, QSR or fast-casual restaurant leadership

• A hands-on, positive and reliable approach

• Strong people skills and confidence leading a team

• A focus on customer service, quality and consistency

• The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
