Full-Time or Part-Time, Adelaide Hills Offices and homes

HHDS is a trusted, person-centred NDIS registered provider in Mount Barker. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based supports that empower clients to build capacity, independence and meaningful participation.

We are seeking a qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner to work in a team delivering NDIS-funded, capacity-building supports to NDIS participants across Adelaide Hills. You will work collaboratively with clients, families and professionals to support achievement of client goals.

Deliver evidence-based BSP supports and trainings aligned with NDIS goals
Complete assessments, plans and progress reports
Support skill development across home, community and daily living settings
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Recognised qualification in Behaviour Support or Developmental Education (or equivalent)
Eligibility for professional membership
Experience with the NDIS
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Driver’s Licence

Right to work in Australia
Training certifications relevent to the position and mandated by NDIS Code of Conduct
