Lucas Tree Services is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Arborists and EWP Operators to join our Keilor depot, delivering high‑quality vegetation management services across major council contracts.

Based out of our Keilor depot, you’ll work as part of a professional crew delivering:

• Electrical line clearance

• Cyclical street tree pruning

• Hazard tree removals

• Storm & emergency response

• High‑quality arboriculture aligned with AS4373

• Vegetation management for local councils

You’ll be supported by experienced team leaders, modern equipment, and a company committed to doing things properly.

We want people who take pride in their work and value safety above all.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Cert III Arboriculture (or working toward it)

• EWP experience (highly regarded)

• Chainsaw, chipper & general arboriculture experience

• Strong safety mindset

• Ability to work well in a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus points for:

• ESI qualifications

• MR/HR licence

• Climbing experience
