Guest Services Agent

Royal on the Park, Brisbane's premier independent 4.5-star hotel, requires an experienced Guest Services Agent to join our friendly and highly regarded Front Office team.

We are looking for a Part-Time or Casual Guest Service Agent. This position will suit a well-rounded hospitality professional with the flexibility and experience to work a variety of shifts in Front Office Reception. 

Key tasks will include attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests, administrative duties, cashiering, answering phones, creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing information to guests about the Hotel and its surroundings.

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:

·         The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience

·         Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards

·         Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends

·         Previous experience in similar role preferred

·         Previous experience using Opera PMS preferred

·         The ability to work professionally under pressure

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Physical fit and the ability to lift and handle luggage
