About the role

As Branch Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Tweed Heads branch, ensuring a safe, customer-focused and high-performing environment. You'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing your team, managing branch resources, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused performance.

• Create a high-performing, team-oriented culture through effective leadership, coaching and accountability.

• Drive branch performance to achieve revenue, margin and profitability targets.

• Manage stock levels and branch expenditure to support operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer outcomes.
