Administration Officer

With a focus on building positive and collaboratively relationships with customers and internal team members, you will be service oriented and diligent to receiving and providing accurate information to ensure our customers have the best experience. 
 

The Opportunity:

• Full Time & Permanent | Monday to Friday

• Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face

• Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight

• Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g. TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc
   

About You:

• Passionate about providing quality administration and customer care & support. 

• Computer Literacy - basic skills in Microsoft suite programs

• Excellent Communication skills 

• Exposure to Transport, Logistics or Warehousing - Highly Regarded 

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment
