 We are looking for accomplished, driven and team-oriented Project Manager / Construction Manager with an exceptional eye for detail and well-developed time management skills. 

 We are proud to work in all facets of the building industry from residential, civil, commercial and renewable works and manage most trades in house – earthworks, concreting, brickwork, carpentry, cabinetmaking, steelwork and transport.

 About the role:

·         High level of communication. 

·         Manage incoming enquiries, quoting and project evaluation.

·         Liaise between clients, architects, building designers, interior designers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

·         Collate quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers for all building works.

·         Prepare and present estimates/quotes to management.

·         Manage and source of materials.

·         Provide project tender documentation and variations to clients and project delivery.

·         Develop and deliver on project schedules.

·         Costings for materials, workers and machinery to meet project deadlines and budgets.

·         Engage Suppliers and contractors to meet project demands.
