Are you a motivated individual with a trade background looking to take the next step in your career? Johns Lyng Strata Services SA is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our South Australian team.
We specialise in a mix of insurance repair and direct works for strata communities, and this is your chance to be part of a reputable, supportive business where your skills and attitude will be valued.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with trade experience that is keen to start their career as a supervisor. You’ll be supported to learn and succeed in managing any size building projects across a wide variety of sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee building repair and rectification works
Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently
Engage and supervise subcontractors and trades
Conduct site inspections, prepare scopes, and ensure work is completed to standard
Maintain clear communication with strata managers, clients, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company procedures
Handle documentation including site reports, variations, and project updates
Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background (highly regarded)
Great communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the company
Current driver’s licence and white card (mandatory)
On-the-job training and mentoring
