About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section while supporting the wider kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food and service.
Your Responsibilities
Manage your section during busy service periods.
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Maintain consistency and attention to detail across every service.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are always met.
Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
Support and mentor Commis and Demi Chefs.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hospitality venue.
Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality cooking.
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
