About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section while supporting the wider kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food and service.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage your section during busy service periods.

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards.

• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across every service.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are always met.

• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising waste.

• Support and mentor Commis and Demi Chefs.

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hospitality venue.

• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality cooking.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
