George’s Paragon is looking for experienced, confident hospitality professionals to join our established team.

We’re looking for people who know hospitality, enjoy working in a busy restaurant environment and take pride in delivering excellent service.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

WAIT STAFF

• Minimum 3 years’ à la carte experience

• Confident carrying three plates

• Experienced with tray drink service

• Able to confidently manage an 8-table section

• Friendly, professional and customer focused

BAR STAFF

• Minimum 2 years’ bar experience

• Strong cocktail knowledge and preparation skills

• Barista experience highly regarded

• Must be 18 years or over

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are confident, professional and well presented

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Are reliable, punctual and work well as part of a team

• Can handle a busy, fast-paced service

• Have flexible availability across lunch and dinner, 7 days a week

• Currently live on the Gold Coast

• Have unrestricted Australian working rights
