As a Wheel Aligner & Tyre Fitter, you'll play an integral role in our workshop, delivering high-quality wheel alignment, tyre fitting, and automotive services while supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, leads by example, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest safety and service standards.

• Performing wheel alignments, tyre fitting, repairs, rotations, and balancing to a high standard.

• Fitting and servicing tyres for passenger, 4WD, and light commercial vehicles.

• Conducting tyre inspections and identifying worn, damaged, or unsafe components.

• Inspecting steering and suspension components and identifying alignment-related issues.

• Assisting with general workshop duties and automotive services as required.

• Providing professional advice and recommending suitable tyres, products, and services to customers.

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Supporting the Store Manager with daily workshop operations, team supervision, workflow coordination, and productivity.

• Leading by example and contributing to a positive, productive, and team-focused workshop environment.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, organised, and efficient workshop.

• Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Supporting the team to achieve workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in delivering quality workmanship. You will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will also have the confidence to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues and the initiative to support the Store Manager and wider team when required.
