The Opportunity

We're seeking a capable and motivated Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager to play a key role in the commercial delivery of a landmark project in Casuarina, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract administration from project start-up to finalisation

• Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements

• Administer head contracts, variations, progress claims, and EOTs

• Forecast and report project financials, ensuring cost control and budget alignment

• Collaborate with site and design teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues

• Contribute to risk management and value engineering initiatives

• Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members

• Ensure compliance with company systems, standards, and legal obligations

About You

• 10–15 years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry

• Proven track record managing head contracts and subcontractor packages across residential and/or mixed-use projects

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused

• Confident taking ownership and driving commercial outcomes

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
