Valet Parking Night Shift - Full-Time & Part-Time - Immediate Start

Andrews Airport Parking is part of the largest off-airport parking company in Australia with locations in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide with plans to continue expanding.

An excellent opportunity now exists for a Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shift Valet Parking Attendant to join our team, located in Brompton. We are looking for someone to ensure the smooth running of our business and to provide “Good Old-fashioned Service” to our customers

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Full-Time and Part-Time rotating roster with rotating weekends 

• Operational hours from 10pm - 630am

• $28.00 per hour, after 3 months- $29.00 per hour,  $33.04 then $34.02 on Public Holidays - No Large Passenger Accreditation.

• $30.00 per hour, after 3 months- $32.00 per hour,  $33.04 then $40.00 on Public Holidays - With Large Passenger Accreditation.

• Answering phone calls, processing emails, assisting customers, handling complaints

• Transferring customers to and from the airport and other select areas

• Offering exceptional Customer Service 

• Assisting Customers with enquires and luggage

• Moving all types of cars manual and automatic

You will enjoy this customer-facing role, ensuring our customer's safe transfer to and from Adelaide Airport, cruise terminal, and more. With opportunities to learn many aspects of our business, you can have a varied and exciting position.

 THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE

• Outstanding customer service skills 

• Light Rigid Drivers License or higher (Must be willing to apply if you don't already have it)

• Large Passenger Drivers Accreditation (Must be willing to apply if you don't already have it)

• Current Police Check - if not current, it would need to be obtained after the interview stage through our chosen company

• High presentation standards

• Excellent driving skills 

• Able to work a combination of AM & PM shifts including weekends and public holidays

• Confident in communicating with customers and staff alike

• Attention to detail

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and honest

• Self-motivated
