No automotive or dealership experience is required. If you have a strong administration background and a willingness to learn, we can provide the training and support needed for you to succeed.

About the Role

As part of our Administration team, you will play an important role in supporting the vehicle sales process from sale through to delivery, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Full training will be provided in vehicle costing, licensing and dealership systems. We're looking for a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail rather than someone with specific automotive experience.

• Process vehicle sales paperwork for new, used and fleet vehicle deliveries
• Prepare and submit vehicle licensing and registration documentation
• Cost vehicle sales, including accessories and related delivery charges
• Review sales documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate
• Prepare and maintain vehicle deal files in line with dealership requirements
• Assist with sales commission reporting and administrative payroll processes
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Finance teams

 Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
