Think Again Tattoo Removal is opening a brand-new clinic in Parramatta, and we’re looking for an exceptional person to join the launch team.

This is a rare opportunity to get in at the beginning.

Not at the beginning of a new business, but at the beginning of a new flagship location for an established and rapidly growing tattoo removal brand.

Think Again was established in 2014 and has since expanded across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Now we’re bringing Think Again to Parramatta.

And we want the right person there from day one.

This isn’t your standard laser role.

We don’t want someone who simply wants to perform treatments, follow a script and clock off.

We want someone who wants to become exceptionally good at tattoo removal.

Someone who wants to understand the laser.

Understand the tattoo.

Understand the skin.

Understand why one treatment decision may be completely different from the next.

And ultimately become a genuine specialist in their field.

We train specialists — not button pushers.

At Think Again, our specialists are trained to understand why they are making every clinical decision.

Tattoo removal is complex.

Different inks, colours, skin types, tattoo densities and treatment responses require judgement, experience and the ability to adapt.

That’s why our training goes far beyond learning how to operate a machine.

We teach our team to:

About the role

As part of the Parramatta launch team, you’ll play a major role in establishing the clinic and building its reputation from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for the complete client journey, including:

• Detailed tattoo removal consultations

• Performing laser tattoo removal treatments

• Creating individualised treatment plans

• Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response

• Educating clients honestly and confidently

• Managing long-term treatment journeys

• Building strong relationships with clients

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Maintaining detailed clinical notes and photography

• Managing bookings, communication and clinic administration

• Contributing to clinic targets and overall performance

• Helping build Think Again Parramatta into one of our strongest locations

This is not a role where you disappear into a treatment room.

You will be a key part of the clinic.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

• Laser

• Skin

• Dermal therapy

• Cosmetic medicine

• Nursing

• Beauty

• Medical aesthetics

• High-level customer service or consultative sales

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential.

In fact, for the right person, we’re very comfortable teaching you from the beginning.

What matters more is your attitude, ability to learn and potential.

Your training

Think Again has spent more than a decade refining how we assess and treat tattoos.

Your training will include extensive practical and theoretical education across:

• Laser physics

• Tattoo and ink assessment

• Treatment planning

• Skin assessment

• Laser safety

• Pico and nanosecond technology

• Colour tattoo removal

• Multiple laser wavelengths

• Fractional laser techniques

• Consultation and client education

• Clinical photography

• Documentation

• Treatment response assessment

• Client retention

• Managing complex and long-term cases

And training doesn’t stop once you’re signed off.

Our specialists continue to learn through treatment reviews, clinical discussions, results analysis and ongoing development across our clinic network.
