Accounts Office Administrator Allrounder

We're currently partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator Allrounder to join their Sydney team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is looking for a role that combines accounts, customer service and office administration responsibilities within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Allocate customer payments and reconcile accounts
• Follow up outstanding debtors and customer accounts
• Process invoices and supplier payments
• Reconcile supplier and credit card statements
• Conduct daily banking and EFT processing
• Validate freight invoices and supporting documentation
• Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and wider team
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate enquiries
• Process sales orders, customer invoices and branch documentation
• Undertake general office administration duties as required

• Have previous experience in a similar Accounts and Administration role
• Possess strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be highly organised with strong time management abilities
• Be confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• Have a proactive and customer-focused approach
