Strength and Conditioning Group Fitness Coach

About the role

Working within an established training model, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your group coaching experience while taking on a key leadership role within the gym. You'll help lead sessions across purpose-built RIG and TURF zones, working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with members who are ready to work. Alongside coaching, you'll be responsible for helping ensure the day-to-day business operations run smoothly, including team leadership, sales management and working closely with the Front of House team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-quality group training sessions and maintain a consistently high coaching standard
• Create an energetic, welcoming and motivating environment for every member
• Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to a strong community culture
• Lead and support the coaching team
• Manage day-to-day gym operations and ensure the facility runs smoothly
• Work closely with the Front of House team to deliver an exceptional member experience
• Take ownership of sales processes, lead management and member conversions
• Follow up leads and help drive membership growth and retention
• Monitor business performance and report relevant business updates to management
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience, team performance and overall business

About you

• Qualified fitness coach with strong group coaching skills
• Leadership experience or ready to take the next step into a management role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident with sales, lead management and member conversations
• Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done
• High coaching standards and a passion for continued learning
• Leads with confidence and coaches movement with purpose
• Can create an atmosphere that keeps members engaged, challenged and coming back
