About the Role

We're looking for a driven, people-focused leader ready to take ownership of branch operations and build a high-performing team. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, mentoring their team, setting the standard, and taking real pride in helping others reach their potential.

As Operations Manager, you'll be at the centre of the branch, balancing service delivery, safety, cost control, and team performance every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including labour and fleet allocation, to consistently deliver high-quality service outcomes

• Lead, coach, and manage your operations team, driving adherence to procedures and performance standards

• Ensure fleet maintenance, site safety, and full compliance with WHS and regulatory requirements

• Maintain site, assets, and security standards, keeping facilities well-presented and operationally efficient
