We are seeking an exceptional Wellness Centre General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the business and deliver an outstanding experience for every member and guest.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business from launch and play a key role in building one of Australia's leading wellness destinations.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the centre's operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, financial performance and team leadership.

You will work closely with the founders to establish a high-performing culture while creating an unforgettable member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team across reception, wellness attendants, supervisors and operational staff.
• Oversee daily operations across all wellness facilities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Drive membership growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
• Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Monitor budgets, labour costs and financial performance.
• Implement operational procedures and continually improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all WHS, health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with allied health practitioners and treatment room tenants.
• Manage facility maintenance and presentation to luxury standards.
• Work closely with marketing to support events, promotions and community engagement.
• Analyse KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.

About You

You are a confident leader who thrives in premium hospitality, wellness or luxury service environments.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience in a senior management role.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for health, wellness and preventative care.
• Experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, fitness, health clubs or premium customer service environments.
• Proven ability to improve systems, processes and customer experience.
• A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude.

Desirable Experience

• Wellness, fitness, spa or health industry experience.
• Membership-based business experience.
• Multi-department management.
• Event management experience.
• First Aid qualification.
• WHS knowledge.
