What will you do?

Lead the team by example with a hands-on approachOversee day-to-day bar and restaurant managementEnsure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operationsTrain and develop team membersMonitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions

More About You

Previous experience in managing or supervising a bar or restaurantKnowledge of licensed premises management requirementsExtensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocolsKnowledge of HACCP requirementsHold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificateAble to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
