Personal Assistant / Marketing & Business Support

About the role

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes initiative and can manage multiple priorities at once. You will become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the businesses, helping keep everything organised while also driving marketing, social media and business growth. You will work closely with the owner across several businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments and meetings

• Organise and follow up on tasks and deadlines

• Coordinate with suppliers, staff, customers and other businesses

• Prepare documents, emails and correspondence

• Conduct research and organise information

• Develop and implement marketing ideas across multiple businesses

• Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms

• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional material

• Monitor social media performance and engagement

• Assist with projects and new business initiatives

• Excellent at multitasking and prioritising

• A strong communicator with excellent written English

• Comfortable using social media and creating content

• Previous experience in personal assisting, executive assisting, marketing, social media, business administration or a similar role is highly regarded
