Floater Property Manager | Inner Northern Suburbs | Up to $94K Package

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a well-established real estate office in a unique floating role across Melbourne's inner northern suburbs. 

Unlike a traditional Property Management position, this role does not have its own portfolio. Instead, you'll provide support across multiple offices, stepping in to assist Property Managers during annual leave, sick leave, and busy periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem solving, and wants exposure to different teams and portfolios.

• Salary of $80,000-$85,000 inclusive of car allowance + super (up to $94K package)
• Monday to Friday role
• Only occasional Saturday work if required (very rare)
• No permanent portfolio to manage

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing relief support to Property Managers across multiple offices
• Managing portfolios during annual leave and sick leave cover
• Assisting with day-to-day property management duties
• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing inspections, compliance and tenancy matters as required
• Working across offices in Carlton, Ascot Vale and Yarraville when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Confident problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to different portfolios and teams
• Positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
