The Role

We are currently on the lookout for a Concession Manager to join David Jones at Queens Plaza.

This position would suit someone keen to build their business, and whose customer is at the forefront of all that they do. Teamwork is extremely important to this individual, and customer experience is a top priority.

We looking for an individual who lives and breathes going above and beyond and delivering the exceptional customer experience for which Wittner is renowned

• You passionately train, lead, and coach your teams in all aspects of retail, sales, and customer service.
• You plan and achieve budgeted sales through the efficient and effective management of your team.
• Effectively manage rosters to ensure staff optimisation.
• All aspects of stock control and inventory management.
• Dynamic merchandising and pad presentation.

Desired Skills and experience

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience is preferred.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets with a will to succeed.
• A passion for training, developing, and motivating your team; ‘a team player’.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
