Role Summary:
We're looking for an experienced and creatively driven Account Director to join our tight-knit team based in Melbourne. This is an exciting role which will be working across a portfolio of great brand and clients.
As an Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional client service and strategic delivery. You’ll manage integrated campaigns, foster strong partnerships, and ensure creative excellence while identifying opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll guide your team, collaborate with creative and strategy leads, and make an impact on both the work and the business.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the day-to-day management of client integrated advertising campaigns.Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.Develop and deliver strategies that achieve client objectives and drive business growth.Partner with Planning and Creative teams to produce best-in-class work.Manage workflow, budgets, forecasting and scope of work across accounts.Drive measurement and evaluation of all campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.Facilitate meetings, workshops and lead presentations to clients.Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Identify opportunities to expand client engagement across agency services.Ensure timely development of case studies and competitive reviews for key campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in account management within a creative or advertising agency.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a collaborative approach.Skilled in negotiation, presentation and business strategy.Comfortable managing budgets, financial forecasting and operational processes.You genuinely love effective creative and want to sell in the greatest and boldest work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
