ROLE IN A NUTSHELLThis is a 7-month fixed-term maternity leave contractAs the Boutique Manager at Elka Collective Fortitude Valley, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand’s modern, refined aesthetic. You'll inspire and mentor your team, drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGEffectively run QLD highest turnover Elka Collective BoutiqueLeading and motivating the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targetsCreating a warm, personalised in-store experience that aligns with Elka Collective’s brand valuesManaging day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, rosters, and cash handlingDriving business performance through analysing sales reports and implementing effective strategiesOverseeing visual merchandising to ensure store presentation reflects seasonal campaigns and brand standardsRecruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high performing, engaged store cultureManaging inventory, stock levels, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
