We're looking for a registered Occupational Therapist to join our casual pool in Bundaberg. This is a flexible, low-commitment arrangement — there are no guaranteed hours, but when NDIS referrals come through, you choose when and how you work.

This role is ideal if you're already employed and want to supplement your income with meaningful, flexible assessment work on the side (subject to your employer's approval).

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) with participants in Bundaberg.

• Completing reports and documentation remotely after the in-person assessment

• Delivering quality reports within a 3–4 week turnaround from assessment

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential)

• Experience in functional capacity assessments, particularly within the NDIS (highly desirable)

• Strong written communication skills for report writing

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow remotely

• Ability to work within the employment terms of current workplace. (i.e. workplace approves you working with a private practice NDIS provider.)

Pay & Conditions

• $100 per hour + superannuation

• Casual employment classification

• Work in your own time once assessments are booked

• No minimum hours guaranteed — work is referral-based
