What you can expect in a day in this role:
We’re looking for experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our team commencing prior to the peak summer season. This could include working for our Conference and Events team serving Christmas lunch and working corporate functions, serving guests at our famous smokehouse Longhorn Restaurant or in the soaring heights of The Point restaurant, you could even be shaking and serving drinks in our bars right across the property. You’ll also be tasked with working together as a close-knit team to provide a seamless experience for our guests, no matter the outlet.
What you will bring to the role:
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in a food and beverage role is highly advantageous.
Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain.
Availability to work across a range of shifts, including day and night events that may be rostered on weekdays as well as weekends and public holidays through the busy season.
An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
