Role Description The Junior Agent role is a full-time, on-site position located in Redfern, NSW. In this role, the Junior Agent supports senior agents with day-to-day client management, including scheduling, contract administration, and maintaining accurate records. The position involves liaising with clients, casting professionals, and industry partners, assisting with submissions, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-up. The Junior Agent helps prepare promotional materials, updates databases and internal systems, and monitors industry news and trends relevant to the company’s talent roster. This role requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues, attending meetings, and contributing to a positive, professional office environment.
Qualifications
Ability to manage calendars, organize documentation, and maintain accurate client records.Strong communication skills for professional email, phone, and in-person interactions.High level of attention to detail and ability to follow processes and timelines reliably.Comfort with basic office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, shared drives, CRM systems).Demonstrated interest in the entertainment, media, or talent management industry.Ability to work on-site full-time in Redfern, NSW, and collaborate effectively with a small team.Professional, respectful approach to working with diverse clients and stakeholders.Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar support role is beneficial.Relevant tertiary education or training in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
