About the role
Rosie's Early Learning is seeking a full-time Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dedicated, passionate, and value-driven team (enthusiasm, respect, wonder, resilience, compassion, and empowerment).
In addition, we have an opportunity for a Certificate III Educator to join our team.
There are 2 positions available
Certificate 111 Qualified Educator (Southside Campus - Daisy Hill)
Minimum one year of work experience in an early childhood education setting
Certificate 111 Qualified Educator (Northside Campus - Mt Samson)
(Applicants working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant industry experience may also be considered.)
More about the role:
Supporting and nurturing our youngest citizens, with each and every interaction being powerful, thoughtful, respectful, full of wonder and curiosity
Understand the importance of play and the role of the educator within the play cycle including risky play and inclusion of loose parts and open ended materials
Researching alongside children through play, creativity and thoughtful open-ended questioning towards project and enquiry exploration
Feel comfortable and empowered to share own personal skills/passions/interests into the learning environment to build connection and share expertise with children, team and families
Demonstrate through practices and decision-making a strong understanding of Children's Rights and Child Safe Standards
Build strong and attached relationships with children and families, communicating respectfully and regularly, and involve all stakeholders in child's learning journey
What we're looking for
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, play-based learning programs that cater to the individual needs of children
Strong communication and collaboration skills to build positive relationships with children, families and the team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
Working with Children Check or equivalent

Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications, experience and role level, with expected ranges between $60,000 and $80,000 per year + superannuation based on full time employment
