About the role
Step into a Rewarding Career as a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare
Working closely with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will lead the assessment of the strengths and needs of individual residents and the development of individualised, person-centred support that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.
This position offers the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care, manage healthcare services for residents, and mentor dedicated staff. As a Registered Nurse, you will lead resident care efforts and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify best practices and oversee quality initiatives, making a significant impact on the well-being of residents and contributing to the overall excellence of the home.
Positions are available across multiple locations including Alstonville, Coraki, Parkes, Dubbo, Wagga Wagga and other NSW/ACT sites.
