As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on an Accountant who enjoys working with clients, owning their work, and being part of a firm that is actively building for the long term.

This role is ideal for an experienced public practice accountant who wants:

• More ownership of clients

• Direct access to the Director

• A structured environment with strong systems

• Exposure to tax planning and structuring discussions

You’ll work across a portfolio of small business clients, taking responsibility for the preparation and delivery of their accounting and tax work, with support and review from senior team members.

• Prepare and review:

  • Financial statements

  • Company, trust, partnership, and individual tax returns

  • BAS and related compliance

• Assist with managing ongoing relationships with a portfolio of business clients

• Assist with tax planning and structuring discussions where appropriate

• Work closely with the Director on workflow and client outcomes

You’ll likely have:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in public practice

• Strong technical skills across business accounting and tax

• Confidence communicating directly with clients

• A structured and detail-focused approach to work

• Experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and/or Karbon (highly regarded)
