Bar Casuals - Bar Staff 2 shifts a week

About the role

The Rose of Australia Hotel located in Erskineville is a popular and busy pub where we serve our locals, friends and those hosting functions and events. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast paced venue delivering the magic that keep people coming back for more. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bartending duties in a lively and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and attentive service

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Taking food orders and delivering to the tables

• Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar

• Part of a team running multiple events throughout the weekend

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role at least 6 - 12 months

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations

• RSA certification must be obtained before starting employment

• Cocktail experience or RCG experience is an advantage

• A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• You must be able to work over weekends, with essential availability Saturday on a regular basis

• Looking for extra shifts coverage leading into November & December

• Living local is an advantage, as is having transport to get home
