About the Role:
The role offers flexibility with the roster and is open to negotiation for the right candidate. Otherwise, the successful applicant will work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including open, close, and middle shifts.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience as an Educational Leader or the capability to step into the role
• A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current industry practices
• The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Strong experience and knowledge in supporting additional needs and managing challenging behaviours
• The ability to embed safe practices, demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, and show a track record of improvement.

We also welcome confident and capable leaders who can:

• Take on or support the Educational Leader role within the service
• Mentor and support fellow educators
• Provide educational guidance and curriculum leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Build team capability across all areas of practice
• Role model best practice and professionalism

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• NESA Accreditation (or working towards)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
