In this varied and busy role, you will work on both internal and external customer vehicles, ensuring every fitment is completed on time and to a high standard. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working in a dynamic environment where your skills and contributions are valued.  

Key Job Function & Accountabilities 
The 4X4 Accessory Fitter carries out a range of duties related to supporting the whole of life experience that is expected from 4 WD Central guests.  Duties include:

• Contribute to total guest satisfaction by proper and timely fitment of accessories on new and used vehicles.

• Carry out all service and fitment orders 

• Complete all fitments within the allocated time frame.

• Maintain a clean and orderly service shop 

• Return the guests vehicle in a clean and undamaged condition.

• Maintain an adequate inventory of tools to meet the fitment requirements.

• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

• Transcribe a clear and accurate account of all work completed onto the Repair Order.
   

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanisms and systems.

• Current and valid driver’s licence.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be part of a team.
  

Desirable Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Previous accessories fitment experience

• Qualification in an automotive field
