We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager – Rooms Division to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hotel operations professional to lead the day-to-day management of the Rooms Division, overseeing Front Office, Concierge, Valet and Housekeeping while contributing to the operational performance and continued success of one of Australia's most unique hotel operations.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and uphold the highest service standards
• Lead, support and develop the Guest Services and Concierge teams
• Handle guest enquiries and challenges with professionalism and care
• Drive revenue through upselling, auditing and optimising operational performance
• Contribute to forecasting, financial analysis and cost management
• Lead workforce planning activities, including rostering, resource allocation and labour optimisation to meet operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in hotel operations management, with responsibility for Rooms Division, Front Office or accommodation services within a quality hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accommodation services and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in workforce planning, staff rostering, labour cost management and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor operational performance, analyse guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to departmental budgets, operational performance and business objectives.
