About The Role

At the Northeast Auto Group, we provide our customers with the best possible experience, we have the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. As a Service Advisor your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service or repair, invoicing and vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensure it is always up to dateCustomer check inKeeping lines of communication open between service team and customersAssisting the service team with all customer facing aspects of the departmentAnswering phones and emailsGeneral administration duties

About You

We are looking for someone that is a great team player and is dedicated to providing the first-class customer service every time.

Customer Service experienceAbility to communicate the value of our service and repairsIntermediate computer skills and DMS experienceOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skills Current Driver’s License
