Field Service Technician

We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Service Technicians to join our growing team in Darra. As part of a nationally recognised business, you'll work on a range of construction and earthmoving equipment, providing servicing, diagnostics and repairs that keep our customers operating efficiently and safely.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and maintaining equipment to the highest standard.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Performing maintenance, servicing and repairs on construction and earthmoving equipmentDiagnosing faults and carrying out effective troubleshooting and repairsCompleting equipment inspections and preparing machines for deliveryUndertaking field service work at customer sites (for field-based positions)Completing workshop repairs and equipment preparationAccurately completing job cards, service reports and maintenance documentationMaintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping and workmanshipProviding professional, customer-focused service and supportWorking independently while collaborating with the broader service team

To Be Successful, You'll Have

Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Heavy Diesel Mechanics or a related fieldExperience servicing and repairing construction, earthmoving or mobile equipmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent time management and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA flexible and adaptable approach to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills and a professional attitudeA current driver's licence (essential)
